Will my device cases fit in the ALLDOCK?

This is often a very difficult question to answer. Generally, device cases come in many different shapes and sizes. Our unique and patented design means we have to keep a consistent rail width to allow your devices to stand.  The front rails on all ALLDOCKS are 1.4cm wide. This width will cater for most Phone smart cases. The back rails of our ALLDOCKs step from 1.8cm to 2.1cm to cater for thicker cases. For the purpose of One Hand Docking Function, if you are using cases on your devices, we recommend you utilise our Rubber Inlays which when installed as illustrated below...

Why doesn't the standard ALLDOCK come with Charging Cables?

As I hope you will understand, everybody's charging requirements are different. It is impossible for us to predetermine cables to suite everybody's charging needs. Initially, it is possible for customers to simply gather all the cable clutter around the house and install into your new ALLDOCK. Alternatively, you can shop across our PRE-BUILT PACKAGES where we help the buying process by suggesting our most popular integrated cable sets. Remember, you at anytime can add or swap out CABLE SOLUTIONS  as your charging needs evolve.

What charging cable system should I purchase?

So you have decided that you want to add new cables to your ALLDOCK. You have a number of options; 1. What type of devices to I want to charge in the ALLDOCK?  If your answer is APPLE then you will require MFi Certified Apple Cables.
